Our production halls are located in Rietberg – right in the heart of the German furniture industry. Over many decades, our experience has grown to include not only know-how but also a remarkable machine park. Thus, we provide all processing stages, including individual shipping packaging. From exclusive and elaborate wrapping to millimeter-precise CNC machining, to precise finishing and, upon request, the final touch-up in our profile grinding machines. And above all, one thing sets us apart: our passion and love for detail.
With extensive expertise, we combine form and function. Thanks to our enormous level of production, we can complete your parts to your specifications in such a way that no further processing is required on your part. This includes everything from profiling the core materials to wrapping and sanding the profiles, to the finished painted surface – and the subsequent assembly.
When it comes to manufacturing with the lowest possible tolerances, our CNC machining centers are used. Whether inner box front parts or cover plates for ship cabins in 700 different designs: We machine, drill and cut for you in single-piece production, for small and large series.
Our own fleece cutting machine enables the targeted preparation of the veneers for further processing. Furthermore, we can precisely grind and cut the veneers to the required size.
With our WEINIG Kehl machines, we process solid wood and wood composites precisely to the desired profile contour. This results in individual workpieces that are optimally prepared for subsequent cladding.
The in-house tool grinding machines shorten reaction times and enable us to quickly respond to new requirements.
